mASSAGE SERVICES

We offer a standard therapeutic massage to all patients. We encourage our patients to keep an open discussion with our licensed therapists to include medical history or previous injuries to the areas of the body that need therapy, and to notify the therapist of any change or concerns. This includes discussing levels of pressure being applied throughout the sesson. Our therapist are open to any adjustments required to suit your needs. 

Pricing:  60-min = $80 / 30-min = $40

 Prenatal massage is a therapeutic treatment specifically designed for  expectant mothers to help alleviate common pregnancy-related discomforts and pain. With an emphasis on relieving tension in the lower back, hips, and legs while promoting overall relaxation.  A prenatal massage can reduce swelling and improve circulation, as well as decrease stress and anxiety that can be related to pregnancy itself. 

Prenatal massage will require clearance from your OB/GYN. 

Prenatal clients must be through the 1st trimester to benefit from our massage therapy.

 Sports massage involves a combination of techniques such as deep tissue  manipulation, stretching, and pressure point application. These methods  target the muscles and soft tissues to release tension and improve blood  flow. The therapist customizes each session based on your injury history, fitness level, and goals, ensuring that you receive the most effective treatment for your needs. 

Those looking for a sports massage, will need provide all injury history to our staff prior to your scheduled appointment. This information will then be reviewed by our a member of our clinical team. 

Pricing:  60-min = $100 / 30-min = $50

We offer the following enhancemnts as add-on services to all of the masssage services that are offered.  When scheduling for an enhancement service, please let the office know prior to the day of the scheduled appointment that you want to include one of these extras.
