Schedule an appointment by either calling our office or by sending a message using our contact form. One of our staff will be happy to assist you through the process. Be sure to have your health insurance information available when you call. If you are paying out of pocket, let us know so we can explain our rates & fees.
Evaluation Process
Here at Comprehensive Chiropractic & Rehab, we make sure that every patient's needs are addressed from the very beginning. When you come in for your first appointment Dr. Cheng, will meet with you for a full and thorough evaluation. By doing this he can ensure that your treatment plan will satisfy what problems need to be addressed so you can begin working towards you goals.
Most patients will also have their first treatment session at this time. The only reasons Dr Cheng would not treat you at this first visit would be if you require an x-ray due to an injury or trauma, this includes having been involved in a motor vehicle accident; or it could depend on your prior history.
If you had any x-rays or MRI studies done in the past year, please bring the reports and images, if available, with you.
As a Patient
At Comprehensive Chiropractic we tailor to patient specific needs One of the key things we do differently is we understand that no two individuals are the same. We offer many options for treatment, allowing us to focus on creating a treatment plan that has the patient's goals in mind as a priority.
Following your initial evaluation, a treatment plan will be determined by Dr Cheng that he will go over with you. If at any time throughout this process that you have any questions, please be sure to ask any of the staff. regarding how often the doctor thinks you should be seen and steps to aid your personal issue, will be implemented.
Financial Responsibility
An important part of all that we do at Comprehensive Chiropractic is not to focus on the cost of services. We do our best to not allow financial concerns to block a patients access to treatment. With this being said, maintaining open communication about this subject will give our staff the opportunity to explore all options related to the cost of treatment.
We do accept most health insurance plans. Please check the list below for a majority of the coverage we contract with. If you don't see your specific plan listed, give us a call.
For those interested in paying directly out of pocket for services take a look at some of the special pricing we offer. Our packages are a great way to save money!
Financing Options
Financing plans are available for those interested in the Emsculpt Neo for body contouring and functional wellness.
We have partnered with Cherry to offer the lowest rates available! Some options include 0% APR for those who qualify. The application is easy, simple, no hard credit checks, and approval is available in less then a minute!

Most HMO Policies Require a Referral
If your policy requires an insurance referral from your primary care doctor, please be sure to call their office prior to your scheduled appt to request a referral to our office using the NPI# 1619146826

Important Reminders
To confirm, schedule, cancel or reschedule an appointment please call our office at 215-443-5626 and ask to speak with someone that can assist you.
You can also reply to the text message or email reminder you received to make changes to your scheduled appointment(s).
Cancellations & No Shows
Please note that any canceled appointments that do not give the proper notice of at least 24 hours prior, will be subjected to a $50 cancellation/no show fee.*
*To avoid being charged, please be sure to contact our office promptly. All patients that are a no call no show will be charged this same fee.
New Patients **Please read**
All new patients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your appointment, This is to ensure that you have completed all the necessary intake and billing forms.
Make sure you bring your insurance card(s) and photo ID with you for the first appointment.
If your insurance requires a referral, you must notify your Primary Care Physician's office prior to your appointment that you need one submitted.

Out of Pocket Costs & Associated Insurance Fees
Copays are due at the time of services are rendered.
Our office's policy for deductible and co-insurance plans, state the following to be collected at the time services are rendered:
- Deductible plans require a minimum of $100 for the initial visit*.
- Co-insurance plans, require a minimum of $30 for the initial visit*.
*Any remaining balance due will be billed to patient.
